Xbox 360 prototyping and UI production management
Joining Xbox design team in March 2004, I immediately began work on designing prototypes for the next generation Xbox Marketplace, Xbox LIVE profiles, OOBE, and more. These prototypes were used in extensive international user testing, which provided opportunities to improve the experience by creating a framework for rapid iterations and improvements. I was a key contributor to defining the production workflow for the Xbox 360 UI design, to translate compelling designs while pushing against severe constraints. Worked closely with various development teams to create tools and functionality the design team required for creating vector-based, light-weight, UI screens for both internal and external use.

Peripherals, console updates, XNA, and XDK's
Managing UI sound design for Xbox 360 meant that I personally was responsible for designing the UI sound interaction experience for the Xbox 360 Wireless Headset. I developed the sound set and intended them to compliment the work I had done for the console system UI in terms of tonality and style. Additionally, these sounds had to convey more information than normal. In many cases, these sounds were solely responsible for providing the user with critical feedback.

Special projects
Without revealing specific information and paying special attention to the confidential nature of my work, I developed features and functionality for the Xbox 360 along with design concepts meant to challenge what was possible with Xbox and Xbox LIVE.
